Return & Refund Policy
All sizes are cut to order. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns. We strive to provide high-quality information so that customers can clearly judge the artistry of our fabrics. We are happy to answer any questions before placing an order.
If there are any damaged, missing, or packaging issues with your item, we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Please report any issues within five days of order delivery. Please email us and specify "Return" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please be sure to include the following information in your email: purchase order number, item name (as shown on your order), contact number, a detailed description of the product, and the quantity of items you wish to claim for missing, damaged, or defective items. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
Some items are not returnable. Perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) are not returnable. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
Gift cards,
Downloadable software products,
Some health and personal care products.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):
Books that show visible signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our fault
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Special Offer Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, special offer items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for an identical item, please email Support@keslntrr.top and send your item to: 2815 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift-giver and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
